After 35 years in the Building Industry leaving home before 15yrs old, becoming one of the 800 California Division of the State Architect Building Inspectors saving lives. Using acquired skills, Reggie has spent the last 5 years training and facilitating clients globally both personal and professional. He is one of 3000 licensed facilitators for the Demartini Institute specializing in Human Behavior and Empowerment. Trained as an Values Determination and Breakthrough consultant, clearing emotional freedom and liberating socially injected values from birth through adulthood. He focuses his attention on Empowering Transformation in people lives and business’s.

A featured guest speaker on the “Don’t wait to be Great Global Radio Summit” empowering men and  women with   his   life experiences in all walks of life, sharing the stage with Master speakers Dr. John Demartini, Lisa Sasavich, Dr. J.B.Hill, Bob Doyle, SinBad and 49 other keynote and guest speakers. Co-authors in two books; Careers from the Kitchen Table and The Inspiration Bible, and sharing his personal experience of his father’s suicide when only 5 years. old causing a life of struggle through poverty and welfare before breaking through himself setting a path of success.
